Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Agreements

Our Website does not process online payments or bookings. All services are arranged through direct consultation, and payment terms, project scope, and timelines are agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal between Nova Technologies and the client before any work begins.

2. Cancellations

• Clients may request to cancel a project or service at any stage by contacting us directly at info@novatnepal.com or +977-9747856810.
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun, charges for work already completed up to the point of cancellation will apply, as outlined in the individual service agreement.
• Cancellation terms specific to a project (notice period, applicable fees, etc.) will be detailed in that project's agreement.

3. Refunds

• Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the terms agreed upon in the individual service agreement.
• Advance payments or deposits made to reserve project timelines or begin initial work (such as planning, design concepts, or account setup) are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If Nova Technologies is unable to deliver a service as agreed, we will work with the client to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund, credit toward future services, or revised delivery timeline, depending on the circumstances.

4. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can review and resolve the matter fairly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Specific terms in an existing signed service agreement will take precedence over this general policy.
